SportsMatch stores the information you submit through intake to operate the match delivery system:

• Identity & contact: name, email.
• Matching inputs: ZIP and age division (used to match within ≤45 miles).
• Optional context: notes / position (if provided).

SportsMatch sends email notifications to deliver matches. SportsMatch does not sell your personal information.

If you want to request deletion or correction of your data, contact Support and include the email address you used at intake.
